Kiel, Wisconsin, February 18, 2025 – HUI Manufacturing, a nationwide leader in contract sheet metal manufactured products and components that serves the industrial and medical carts markets, announced leadership transition plans today. HUI also named Operations Director Tim Jandrey as the company’s new President.
Kurt Bell, the company's former President started the transition process early last year by selling equitable shares of the company to key members of his leadership team – including Ryan Arnold, Brian Herman, and Tim Jandrey. Kurt Bell plans to remain an active contributor at HUI and will maintain majority ownership.
When asked about the transition, former President Kurt Bell stated “You know, we raise our children with the goal that they will eventually grow up and lead their own lives. As they grow – they’ll no longer need us to parent, and the relationship evolves. The same concept is true in business”.
Bell also stated, “Ryan, Brian, and Tim have all done an excellent job leading HUI over the last ten years. They’ve worked together to fuel growth and have helped me find a clear path towards retirement. It’s their time to shine and I am confident they will take HUI to new heights”.
Key Leaders Who Recently Purchased Equitable Shares of HUI Manufacturing
“Together the shareholders each represent an essential business core, so it has been fairly easy to help Kurt begin this transition of responsibilities” stated shareholder Brian Herman.
Shareholder Ryan Arnold explained their decision to make Jandrey President. “We believe Jandrey is the right leader for the job - over the last twenty years he’s proven his leadership strength in operations, and he’s integrated into almost every aspect of HUI’s business”.
Tim Jandrey has been with HUI Manufacturing for more than twenty years. In that time, he has held various Director-level leadership roles, primarily under the Operations limb of the organization.
When asked about his new role, President Jandrey stated “I am incredibly fortunate to lead alongside Ryan and Brian while developing the trust of our employees. I’m excited for the opportunity to maintain the way HUI does business, help us grow and progress into the future. I look forward to discovering what the next two decades will bring”.
